My name is Tracy Rolton and I am an unconventional personal trainer and reiki treatment practitioner - intuitive empath.
Blissful Reiki is located in the historical township of Corowa NSW, situated on the banks of the Mighty Murray River, 'the heart of the majestic'... and is surrounded by some fine award winning wineries.
Tracy provides holistic energy healing treatment to the local communities in the North-East, Hume, Riverina regional and rural settings. Rutherglen, Howlong, Chlitern, Albury-Wodonga, Wahgunyah, Wangaratta, Sydney, Melbourne just to name a few.
My role as a personal trainer/reiki intuitive is to improve your postural and physical imbalances before they lead to an injury. These imbalances can more often be found on an emotional level than on the physical.
I have run my own business for the past four years as a personal trainer and I am now fortunate to be following a heartfelt desire......to help other to feel their best. I have a passion and inner knowing of the anatomy and physiology of the human body, mind and spirit on a deep level since I was a little girl.
This knowing of energetic imbalances have been my saviour on my own life journey in guiding and assisting me to overcome adversity.
My gifts are becoming more and more prevalent and having completed the required journey of self and study, I am able to offer services in reiki intuitive energy healing, to clear the mind to bring clarity and awareness in balancing your body.
This helps eliminate negative energy that may be surrounding your body and any physical negative energy blockages within.
Energy healing can also help you find direction and help you hear your own inner answers. All this is essential in helping you become aware of what action to take to enable you to go forward in life. I can assit in take home strategies that can help you bring back positivity into your life.
Having graced the dark places of despression and suicidal thoughts, this led me to become a mental health and suicide prevention advocate for 3Words "I need help" a program started by Patrick Lawson and has given me the drive and motivation to follow my dream of helping other to feel there best........
